Arrival and departure:

Rooms are available by 3 PM at the latest on the day of arrival, please vacate your room before 11 am on the day of departure.

Facilities:

Residence: 4-Star-Confort; new rooms with bath and/or shower, WC, cosmetic mirror, cable tv and telephone. Long-distance-view or view to the forest side. Elevator.
Dependence: shower, WC, balcony, some with panoramic or woodland view.

Dogs:

Rates per day 7,- € (small dogs) and 10,- € (large dogs)

Prices:

All prices include the local VAT. Please pay using cash or EC-card (credit cards not accepted)
Single use of twin room: additional charge of 30% B&B rates.

HB – Additional charge:

19,-€ (if not used 6,-€ are refunded)
Half-board and full-board rate applicable only by a booking of three nights or more.

Visitors tax:

1,30 € per person and day (children under the age of 17, business travelers and seminar participants don`t have to pay visitors tax). The visitor’s pass allows free use of the local bus and train routes in the entire Black Forest.

From 01.01.2012 the tax is 1.60 € per person and day.

Cancellation:

We recommend a travel cancellation insurance which can be organised by us. Cancellations will be charged 80% of the B&B price. By early departure we also charge 80% of the rest reservation, if the room can not be filled. Cancellations are only accepted in writing. No cancellation fees apply for cancellation up to four weeks before the reservation date.
